So many of you have some domains that are sitting out there doing nothing. Probably making money displaying ads for GoDaddy or NameCheap or whoever you purchased them through...

Well Nichevertiser can make use of those unused domains and turn them into cash in only a few short weeks. I'm not talking about thousands of dollars cash, but at least a few hundred. In my opinion, taking a $10 domain, adding some software to it, letting it sit for a a few weeks, then selling it for a couple hundred, sounds pretty nice to me! I have been playing around with Nichevertiser all week, thanks to developer Michael Fountain. It is a really easy piece of software to use. The break down of the setup is: point your parked domain to a subdirectory of your hosting, upload the software, create a database for it, edit a few lines on a file, add a cron job, and you are done.

Nichevertiser takes anywhere from 10-20 mins to setup. Nichevertiser by default uses Adsense for a simple revenue stream, but gives you the advanced options to enter your own banners, and also edit the header and footer files.

I 've had this domain for 2 years parked doing nothing. I setup Nichevertiser on it a few days ago, and within 3 days, it had over 250 pages indexed in Google. WOW!!! I have also seen a steady increase in organic traffic over 3 days, plus a little change in my Adsense account from it. I am also on page #1 of Google for about 5 different search terms already. AMAZING.

UPDATE (May 2011) : This site now pulls in over 500 unique visits a day and over $135 in Adsense just last month!!!

How does Nichevertiser work?

Nichevertiser pulls data from different sources after you enter your keywords. The main source for content is from oodle.com This is great because this complys with Adsense TOS, so you don't loose your account.
